“There is always that moment when one our customers is previewing her images and she becomes speechless over how spectacular she looks. At first, they get into the music and say, that’s really nice, or I love that one. Then suddenly they’re not saying anything at all and I realize what they’re feeling is too much to put into words. It’s something like “Oh my God that’s ME!” and they just can’t believe it. They’re grateful, and happy, and excited all at once. When you can make somebody feel like that, well, that means everything to me. And that’s why we do what we do.”
